What is your pricing model?
Our goal (and competitive advantage) is to remain simple and transparent. If helping with hiring, we charge a candidate’s monthly salary. We charge $299/month for “Contractor with Benefits’, and $599/month for EoR services, with no hidden fees.
How do you help with finding talent?
We’ve been in Ukrainian IT for more than 11 years. We have our networks and pool of talent. Tens of thousands of engineers and other remote-friendly professions. We also have established partnerships with many local recruitment companies to speed up the process if our capacity is insufficient.
We work directly with the FOP in Ukraine, sending money via Wise or Wire transfer. Why should we use you?

How should I choose a specific plan?
“Simple Contractor” fits best if you have an independent contractor in Ukraine and want to test the waters with him or our platform. “Contractor with Benefits” is the next step when you have a contractor but would like to provide a little more care to him. And you need an “Employer of Record” if you want to hire a person in Ukraine as your employee.
